
The World Festival Innovation Awards program is the largest worldwide awards competition for identifying and recognizing global innovation, where 1,000+ companies, organizations, and technology companies compete online for votes and with our panel of experts, all leading up to World Festival 2021 (August 17-19, 2021).
How it Works
The WorldFestival Innovation Awards are 100% online and virtual, which means that your award has an online page, you will be able to update that award page, you can invite your community to vote on your award page, and the WorldFestival judging committee will vote on your award page. Read the instructions below on how to update your online award page.
At the bottom of this page are the frequently asked questions (FAQ). If you contact our team, WorldFestival will do its best to get back to you within 48 hours, however we recommend that you read the FAQ since it may answer your questions.
Below is the WorldFestival Innovation Awards Timeline and Checklist. At each date below, there are checkbox todos, which you need to complete at that date.

STAGE ONE: CROWD VOTING
May 21, 2021: Award entries are published online
#1 Update award your entry with media, presentations, and new information
May 21, 2021: Crowd voting begins
#2 Invite your community to vote for your award page
August 1, 2021: Award nominations close
August 6, 2021: Crowd voting ends
STAGE TWO: COMMITTEE VOTING & DECISION NOTIFICATIONS
August 6, 2021: Committee voting begins
#3 Review your award page for committee voting
August 10, 2021: Committee voting ends
August 12, 2021: WorldFestival notifies the Top 50 winning innovations
#4 Receive an update if you have been accepted for the Top 50 innovations, including next steps and deliverables
August 17, 2021: Committee voting begins
#5 Attend WorldFestival with your free WORLD Passes
How to update your Online Award Page
- You will receive an email with your username and password to log in to your entry portal: https://worldfestival.awardsplatform.com/entry
- Once you are logged in to the award platform, scroll to the bottom of the page to locate your entry
- Click the title of the Innovation Award Entry to update
- Uploading images and files are not required. Once you complete all of the required fields, you can preview, submit, or save your entry and come back to it another time. Please note: Entry Name is how your company will appear to the judges.
- We recommend submitting your entry as soon as possible in order for it to be in the gallery once crowd voting begins on May 21, 2021. Once you submit, you will still be able to edit and update your awards page through August 6, 2021 (when committee voting begins).
- All award entry pages are private until May 21, 2021. You will not be able to invite your community to vote until May 21, 2021.
